SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) -- - A Clark County Grand Jury indicted a man on multiple charges in the shooting death of a pregnant woman.
Travis Hypes is facing a First Degree Murder charge, along with a Felonious Assault charge.
Prosecutors say Hypes shot Lindsey Marsh in the head on East McCreight Avenue in Springfield on April 5th.
Hypes reportedly told police he and Marsh were shoving each other during an argument. He claims he was holding a gun when it accidentally went off.
Marsh was pregnant when she was shot.
Doctors delivered the baby alive. Marsh later died.
Hypes is being held in the Clark County Jail.
