AUSTIN, Texas (KXAN) - A run-turned-bacon-hunt left rescue teams with questions Tuesday near Onion Creek Park in Austin, Texas.
The Austin Fire Department responded to a rescue call around 9:45 am after a jogger reported seeing a person off a trail near Onion Creek Park.
Responding firefighters searching for the person in the 7500 block of Pleasant Valley found a pig instead.
A spokesperson with AFD could not identify what kind of pig it was or why it was in the park.
This year, they will help 13 families in need buy toys, clothing and other items.
