RICHMOND, Ohio (WDTN) - Police in Richmond Ind. are investigating a stabbing that occurred in the 200 block of South 6th Street Sunday afternoon.
Jeffery Gentry, 31 of Richmond, was attempting to intervene in a domestic dispute between Nathan McFarland, 25 of Richmond, and a female when according to what witnesses told police, McFarland stabbed Gentry.
McFarland ran from the scene, but was later arrested.
He was charged with attempted murder and criminal recklessness.
Gentry was transported to Reid Hospital where he was treated and later released.
