DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - "The Halloween forecast is really more of a trick than a treat," Storm Team 2 meteorologist Tara Hastings said, "We're talking rain and the chance for storms with gusty winds."
We'll see morning showers but the greatest chance for rain comes Thursday afternoon as a passing cold front triggers more showers and storms.
"The cold front will produce showers and thunderstorms right around the time of Trick or Treating," Tara explained, "Heavy rain is possible along with very gusty winds. At times wind gusts may be between 30 and 50 mph.
