CELINA, Ohio (WDTN) - Two of the suspects in the 2011 deaths of a Mercer County father and daughter were indicted this week by a grand jury.
Bryant L. Rhoades, 22. and Trevin M.A. Sanders- Roark, 19, are charged with aggravated murder, murder, involuntary manslaughter, kidnapping, aggravated robbery, robbery, aggravated burglary, burglary and theft.
Both men will be in the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas next week to face arraignment on these charges.
Details surrounding the murders of Colleen and Robert Grube surfaced last week , as prosecutors made their case to move Sanders-Roark's charges out of juvenile court.
Detectives testified that the men planned to rob Robert Grube but decided to kill him and his daughter so there would be no witnesses to the crime.
