DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Four hotels in the southern Miami Valley have been robbed in recent weeks and police now believe the same man is responsible.
Surveillance cameras were rolling on September 3 when the robber walked into the Hampton Inn on Greenwood Lane in Springboro.
He jumps the counter and confronts the employee who was clearly surprised.
He then pulled a handgun and demanded money from the register which he was given.
He then made his getaway by car.
Detectives believe this same suspect is also responsible for hotel robberies in Franklin, Middletown and Mason.
He is described as under 6' tall, a medium build with a possible tattoo on his right wrist.
He left the area in a silver Chevy Impala.
