DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Dayton police have made an arrest for an alarming home invasion overnight.
Officers arrested the victim's neighbor in the 700 block of North Keowee Street around 3:30 pm.
Investigators believe the man burst into her home claiming he locked himself out.
He proceeded to bind the 65-year old woman with duct tape and robbed her.
A cell phone, television and cash was taken.
Officers have searched the suspect's apartment. They did find a gun inside.
The suspect is being held in the Montgomery County Jail.
Firefighters rushed to the Golden Corral on Miller Lane after smoke and flames were seen coming from the rear of the building.
