DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - David Hale is wanted by Dayton police for felony domestic violence due to prior convictions. On July 31, police say Hale assaulted his live-in girlfriend in the 100 block of Pleasant Avenue. The victim's friend was also assaulted after calling police for help. Hale is 36 years old, 5'10" and 180 lbs.
Robert Hines is wanted by Dayton police for felonious assault. On August 11, police say Hines shot a man at 645 West Grand Avenue. The victim suffered a graze wound to the head and has made a full recovery. Hines is 26 years old, 5'6" and 165 lbs.
Dwayne Barber is wanted for a parole violation as well as having weapons while under disability and aggravated robbery by Dayton police. On June 6, police say Barber robbed an acquaintance at gunpoint while in the 4300 block of Greenwich Village Avenue. Barber is 26 years old, 5'8" and 190 lbs.
Raymond Baker is wanted by Dayton police for assault on a police officer and aggravated burglary. On August 30, police were called to the 5100 block of Hoover Avenue on a burglary in progress. When police tried to stop the suspect vehicle, Baker allegedly rammed the cruiser with his truck. Baker is 30 years old, 5'9" and 230 lbs.
Two people were arrested early Saturday morning after leading police on a slow speed pursuit with a stolen snow plow.
