DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Dayton police are investigating after one man was hit when 23 bullets were fired at a home in a drive-by shooting.
Officers found Ronald Marsh Jr., 42, shot, just before 11:30 Monday night at the home on Hoover Avenue.
Police said two women and a child were also home at the time but they were not hurt.
Another man, Leshon Rolack, 20, who lives in the house, was arrested after police said he arrived at the home and became disorderly.
According to police reports, a witness told investigators that Rolack may have been the intended target of the shooting, as result of a prior incident.
A police report states Rolack choked a woman, related to a person of interest in the drive-by shooting.
Marsh was taken to a local hospital and is expected to be OK.
No suspects have been caught, but police are looking for two people who were seen getting into a white Chevy Impala.
Rolack was booked into the Montgomery County jail on an assault charge and for being disorderly during an emergency.
Logan, Darke, Preble, Greene and Wayne County, Indiana are under level one snow emergencies. Butler County is under a level two snow emergency.
