DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A Dayton homicide has gone unsolved for five months now and Crime Stoppers is ready to pay up for information that leads to a killer.
Charles Black, 26, was shot to death on the evening of February 23 around 6:00 pm in the 1600 block of Bancroft Avenue while he was sitting in his car.
Black was known as a decent person who never caused problems and police do not know why he was shot.
Police say the shooter was wearing all dark clothing and was seen running from the area.
