WPAFB, Ohio (WDTN) - A lieutenant colonel stationed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is accused of rape and assault against a child.
Lieutenant Colonel Reginald Kabban is set for court-martial September 23.
Investigators say the offenses occurred over a six year period in Virginia and Ohio.
Documents charge that he physically struck the child and improperly touched her multiple times. The documents also say he tripped the child and cut her on the arm with a knife.
The charges in Ohio occurred between August 2009 and November 2011 in the Centerville area.
Kabban serves as deputy chief of development and planning at the Life Cycle Management Center. The center reports to the Air Force Materiel Command. He started at WPAFB in 2009.
