Recipe for Italian Salad Dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
1 large clove garlic, crushed
2 T. wine vinegar
juice of 1/2 lemon

Recipe for Homemade Croutons
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2-3 cups bread, cubed
3 T. butter, melted
* 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
Put the butter in a microwave safe container. Put into the microwave oven for about 30 seconds, or until melted. Add the Worcestershire sauce. Add the bread cubes and toss gently to cover all of the bread with the butter mixture. Pour out onto a rimmed cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Turn off the oven, and allow the croutons to rain in the oven to cool.
