Raiders sign a pair of guards

Ryan Bowie, a shooting guard at Iowa Western Community College, and Mark Howell, a point guard from South Grand Prairie High School in Grand Prairie, Texas, have signed university letters to attend Wright State University and play basketball for the Raiders in the fall.
