SEATTLE (AP) - Seattle police have a man in custody who alarmed people downtown Friday morning by walking around with a wired pipe strapped to his arm and making threats.
A spokesman says the situation has been resolved. The bomb squad is investigating the device and police are questioning the man.
Police responded to numerous calls shortly after 8 a.m. and closed off the area.
The following people have recently been booked into Jail. They may not have been convicted of the crimes they are charged with and are innocent until proven guilty.
