TUESDAY NIGHT:  Cloudy, windy and cold with periods of snow.  Low 18

WEDNESDAY: Mostly cloudy, windy and cold with snow showers, blowing and drifting snow. Snowfall totals... 4 to 8" South of I-70, and 6 to 10" North.  High 25

DETAIL: Another major winter storm will blast the region over the next couple of days. Winds will create significant blowing and drifting on Wednesday.
