WEDNESDAY:  A 40% chance of scattered snow showers in the morning.  Mostly cloudy and chilly.  High 34

THURSDAY:  Mostly sunny and chilly.  High 38

DETAILS: Clouds have moved into the Miami Valley overnight, and we won't see quite the bright blue sky we have enjoyed the past couple of days.  Mostly cloudy conditions will keep temperatures down a bit today, with highs closer to normal values.  Northern counties may only get into the mid-upper 30s, with readings near 40 for the southern counties.  Scattered snow showers roll in tonight, as an upper level feature swings through.  Accumulation looks well under an inch by the Wednesday morning drive, but slick spots will still be possible.
