XENIA (WDTN) - A Xenia man is happy to have his life back, after a jury found him not guilty of raping two teenagers.
On Tuesday, December 2, William Magnuson was acquitted of all charges.
The 41-year old was facing 85 years behind bars for 3 counts of rape and 6 counts of gross sexual imposition.
In February, Xenia police arrested Magnuson at his home. Officers had a warrant for his arrest after two teenage girls came forward and claimed several sexual encounters between 2003 and 2005.
Magnuson told 2 NEWS he always maintained his innocence.
"It was just an overwhelming feeling of thank God," said Magnuson. "It was just wonderful, wonderful feeling".
