DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - If you think road construction near the University of Dayton is a bear to maneuver now, just wait until Friday, October 26.
The Director of Public Works in Dayton says construction will get underway in the intersection at Brown Street and Stewart Street.
It is part of the ongoing construction in that area. Now, traffic on both Brown Street and Stewart Street will be down to one lane in each direction. There will be no separate turn lanes.
Crews say traffic congestion and delays are a pretty sure bet. They encourage you to avoid the intersection if you can and find a different route.
The intersection work is expected to take about a month.
