LONDON, England (AP) - There is no mistaking what's going on in London when travelers reach Heathrow Airport.
An Olympic ring installation was unveiled Wednesday with all the pomp and circumstance.
There was a military marching band and the Games' mascot dancing around.
Heathrow is already one of the busiest airports in the world and the London Games' CEO promised longer lines than usual at immigration.
The airport will have 500 extra staff at immigration desks to deal with the 600,000 people expected to arrive during the Olympics.
"We have over 200 nations coming here to compete later on in July and this is the place where we are going to be creating our first impression as well as our last impression, so we thought what better location for these spectacular rings than welcoming people when they arrive here in London," said Paul Deighton, London Games CEO.
