DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - 2 News Today has 5 things you need to know for Wednesday, October 10, 2012.
Members of the national animal rights organization "Mercy for Animals" will protest at the Moraine Walmart beginning at 11 a.m.
A traveling tribute to our veterans will be making its way from the Nutter Center at Wright State University to the Greene County fairgrounds in Xenia. Starting at 6 pm. the intersection of North Fairfield Road and Colonel Glenn Highway will be closed for a little more than an hour. The ramps from I-675 to North Fairfield will also be shutdown.
Cedarville students will get to shake hands with potential employers during the University's fall career fair at the Stephens Student Center.
The 11th annual Smokeout at the University of Dayton starts at 6 p.m.
Dayton officials will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11 a.m. at a home in the Dayton View Triangle Neighborhood.
