DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - 2 NEWS Today has 5 things you need to know for Tuesday, February 19, 2013.

Governor John Kasich will give his annual State of the State speech later today in Lima.

People in Logan County will have one stop for county court business instead of four. The common pleas, juvenile and probate courts will be housed in the former library extension building.

A job fair will be held at Crowne Plaza Dayton from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Starting today, the Dayton Art Institute will now be open every Tuesday.

Today is national chocolate mint day and to celebrate Skyline Chili is offering a free York Peppermint Patty to anyone who purchases a menu item.
