A Logan County woman accused of hitting and killing 15 year old Austin Houser while she was drunk and high will be arraigned in court this afternoon.

Ohio Governor John Kasich will make a major announcement about the turnpike and highway funding at 1:30 p.m. at the Dayton Convention Center.
