CINCINNATI (AP) - First lady Michelle Obama will help raise money for her husband's Democratic presidential re-election campaign at events in Ohio and Kentucky.
She is the featured attraction at a downtown Cincinnati reception Thursday, with a trip to Louisville following.
The Barack Obama campaign expects some 300 people for the Cincinnati fundraiser. Tickets started at $250, ranging up to $10,000.
Wednesday saw Jill Biden, wife of the vice president, in southwest Ohio to promote community colleges for worker training.
Meanwhile, Republican presidential campaigns are in high gear in Ohio, which holds its primary March 6.
