Toys for Tots - Clark & Champaign Co.

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (WDTN) - Applications for assistance will be accepted the following times and places. We only provide toys. Please bring identification for everyone in your family. Also bring proof of address.

• November 15, 2011 - noon until 5 p.m.
• November 16, 2011 - noon until 5 p.m.
• November 17, 2011 - noon until 5 p.m.
• December 6, 2011 - noon until 5 p.m.
• December 7, 2011 - 3 p.m. until 8 p.m.

You must be a resident of Clark/Champaign County and have custody of children. You must show proof of custody, IDs for everyone and proof of address. For more information call 324-0844 after November 1, 2011.

All Bethel Township applications will be taken November 9, 2011 noon until 8 p.m. at:

All Champaign County applications for Champaign Community Christmas 2011 (a Toys for Tots partner) will be taken  November 7, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17 - 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.; November 10, 15, 17 - 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at
