Wellness workshop offered in Richmond

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Ivy Tech Community College in Richmond has announced a new program that focuses on improving all aspects of personal well-being and it starts on Wednesday, January 25.

The Wellness Wednesdays program begins with a registration event from noon-5:30 p.m. in the Johnson Hall Lobby on the Ivy Tech Richmond campus.

The 11 week mini workshop program’s goal of improving individual wellbeing -- financial, physical, academic, social and mental wellness-- is open to students, employees and the community.

The 11 workshops, offered twice each Wednesday, start Feb. 8 at 10-11:30 a.m. and 6-7:30 p.m. There will be an optional noon brownbag lunch on a health topic.
