DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A judge has settled a dispute between two warring factions of the Southern Christian Leadership conference.

The Fulton County, Georgia judge ruled the group led by Rev. Bernice King would retain leadership of the group.

Embattled former chairman Rev. Raleight Trammel of Dayton and treasure Spiver Gordan had been protesting their dismissal after an investigation into money mismanagement.

Dayton's new president says, it's time to move on.

Trammell and Gordon are also banned from representing themselves as board members unless they are re-elected by the group led by King.
