LEBANON, Ohio (WDTN) - A prison guard who was fired after accusations he made threats against Governor John Kasich on his Facebook page, is getting his job back.
An arbitrator ruled that Jessie Hubbard should return as a Lebanon Correctional Institution guard, but without back pay. Hubbard was fired in January last year.
A prison spokesperson went on to say that any further misconduct on Hubbard's part will end in his firing.
Hubbard's termination notice quoted his Facebook posting as, "Ok we got Bin Laden, let's go after Kasich next. Who's with me?"
Hubbard said it was a joke.
He is expected to return to his job sometime this spring.
