KIRKLAND, Wash. (KOMO/CNN) - A cat's meow got a young pesky feline out of some big trouble in Washington.
It happened after a seven-week-old stray hitched a ride under a Kent man's car.
After driving as fast as 80 miles-per-hour for 22 miles, Jairo Batres arrived at his job. Batres says he heard the kitten's cries and finally found it under his hood.
He ended up turning it into a local animal shelter. The worker at Meow Cat Rescue said the kitten was extremely hungry and dehydrated, but otherwise okay.
