CELINA, Ohio (WDTN) - A Celina man is free on bond after being arrested for child endangering. Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey said charges have been filed against Michael Jason Buschur, 38.

Buschur is accused of inappropriately touching and using a grill lighter to shock children between the ages of 7 and 13.

Buschur was arrested at his home late November 5. He posted 10 percent of his $75,000 bond.

The parents of the children have been notified of the allegations.

Buschur is a member of the Montezuma Fire Department. He is also a former part-time police officer with the Village of St. Henry. He resigned his police officer position in early 2012.
