WEST CARROLLTON, Ohio (WDTN) - West Carrollton City Schools are celebrating a big win for the district's superintendent.
The Buckeye Association of School Administrators named Dr. Rusty Clifford as the Superintendent of the Year.
School board members and community leaders praised Clifford for his work over the past several years.
Dr. Clifford will now be entered in a national competition.
