In an announcement made Jan.  9,  school officials said the center will offer students access to a "premier science, technology, engineering, math and medicine (STEMM) education delivered within an excellent holistic, Catholic educational experience that prepares them to be successful in college".

Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School, located on Ludlow Street, serves over 635 students and draws families from more than 50 zip codes.
