RIVERSIDE, Ohio (WDTN) - FBI agents and local authorities swarmed the home of Keith Seiley, 55, the morning of August 26. Next-door neighbor Cari Johnson said she woke up to a loud pounding on Seiley's door in the 4800 block of Crestview Drive in Riverside.
"We ended up seeing FBI coming out," said Johnson. "They were all in plain clothes and you could tell on their vests, on the back it said FBI."
Court documents said that inside Seiley's home, agents found a computer which later revealed more than 40,000 images of child pornography. The news shocked Johnson, a mother of five.
"My immediate reaction was are my children, are the children in this area; has he been taking pictures of them?" said Johnson.
Johnson said Seiley, whose screen name tracked by the FBI was "Lil' Willie" according to court documents, was a mysterious neighbor.
"He was only here once or twice a week. When the weather changed, he would up it to maybe three times a week. He'd come take care of the yard. (I) Never saw him outside other than that. He was very anti-social," Johnson said.
Seiley is charged with two counts of receiving child pornography and one count each of distribution and possession of child pornography. He's being held at the Montgomery County jail without bond. Johnson said she hopes it stays that way.
"It's summer time. I mean, everybody's out playing in their pools, in their sprinklers. To have it hit that close to home is nauseating," said Johnson.
