BEAVERCREEK, Ohio (WDTN) - A Beavercreek lawmaker accused of drunk driving says he won't resign and plans to run for re-election.
Jackson County authorities arrested State Representative Jarrod Martin on July 22nd.
Martin pleaded not guilty after refusing a field sobriety test at the scene.
After that arrest , two previous incidents involving drinking and police involvement came to light.
Martin insist he does not have a problem with alcohol and has rejected a request by the Ohio House speaker to resign.
The following people have recently been booked into Jail. They may not have been convicted of the crimes they are charged with and are innocent until proven guilty.
