BEAVERCREEK, Ohio (WDTN) - The Tehan and Tabor family are grateful for all of the support they've received over the past few days trying to find missing mom Tiffany Tehan. "We're just so glad to know that Tiffany is safe," husband David Tehan said. "Thank you all for everything that you've done, we certainly appreciate the role the media has played in this for us."
Days of searching and praying have turned out a good result for Tiffany's husband and father. During Thursday's press conference at Patterson Park church in Beavercreek, Tehan says he had a conversation with his wife that was long overdue.
"I spoke with her last night she is fine, she's doing well. Beyond that I would prefer not to elaborate."
Beyond the relief, questions linger. Why did Tiffany leave without letting anyone know where she was. Why is she in Florida, and who is Tre Hutcherson to her?
"Obviously moving forward, there are going to be other things we will be dealing with I appreciate the sensitivity to the fact they are private matters."
It's something Tiffany's father, Chuck Tabor , has on his mind too.
"We've got the same feelings that everyone else has. We've got confusion and all those things."
Tabor, who's still struggling to find words for this ordeal says they'll take this one step at a time.
"Quite frankly there's a difference between...there may be issues to work through but she's okay that's the point. And we can work through issues."
As for the future of David and Tiffany Tehan, he's putting it in his wife's hands.
"I have no idea what we're hoping for, um, a lot of that is up to her."
Now the question is, when will she come home? No one seems to know that answer either.
