DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Dayton City Commissioner Matt Joseph appeared on 2 NEWS Today to address several issues facing the city, among them, recent violence at downtown nightclubs, the repeated burning of foreclosed homes, and the actions taken by a citizens group to end the blight of abandoned properties.
