DAYTON (AP) - Several poll workers arrived late in the Dayton area for today's election, resulting in delays of up to 15-minutes in the opening of a couple of voting sites.

At one Dayton poll, an encoder used to activate a voting machine didn't work, so paper ballots were used until a new encoder was installed.

Montgomery County Board of Elections Director Steve Harsman says no voters were turned away.
