Police ID body found near river

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - Authorities have identified the body found near the Great Miami River Tuesday night.
Fifty-eight-year-old James Manning was found near Farmersville-West Carrollton and Hydraulic roads.
Police are still investigating, but said at this point they do not suspect foul play.
