XENIA, Ohio (WDTN) - Police arrested the man they said is responsible for a recent shooting in Xenia that began as a dispute outside a bar.
Kettering police picked up 21-year-old Gregory Smith on a parole violation Sept. 7.
Investigators said Smith shot a man multiple times outside Hotie's Bar at 333 E. Main St. Sept. 5.
Police said Smith was on parole for aggravated robbery and is now charged with attempted murder in this most recent crime. Smith is being held on a $100, 000 cash bond.
Police said Smith's victim is now out of the hospital.
