Spent Mother's Day Behind Bars

Two parents end up behind bars this Mother's Day after they are arrested for child endangering.


Camden police tell us the couple was arrested at their North Lafayette home Sunday afternoon.


Officers found two children living in filthy conditions, surrounded by heroin and needles.


Authorities say the children, ages one and two, are now staying with grandparents.


Their parents are expected to be charged with multiple crimes on Monday, including child endangering and drug trafficking.
