ELYRIA, Ohio (WDTN) - Christmas went to pot for a Madison, Wis. man stopped for a traffic violation Thursday on the Ohio Turnpike.
Ohio State Highway Patrol Troopers said they found a load of weed wrapped as Christmas gifts inside the man's 2005 BMW X3 SUV.
Armando F. Flores Deleon, 33 was pulled over near Elyria for a marked lanes violation and the trooper's K-9 then sniffed out the 30 pounds of hydroponic pot marijuana, all wrapped up as gifts.
The marijuana was valued at $192,000.
