Reward to be offered in woman's murder

MONROE, Ohio (WDTN) - The Monroe Police Department has scheduled a news conference Wednesday afternoon about the death of a woman whose body was found in the trunk of her car.
Barbara Howe, 87, was reported missing October 28, 2012. Her body was found November 1st outside a Middletown apartment complex.
Police confirmed her death as a homicide shortly afterward.
Officers are expected to make an announcement about a reward leading to an arrest.
