CINCINNATI (AP) - First lady Michelle Obama will raise money to support her husband's re-election campaign during an Ohio visit next month.
President Barack Obama's campaign has set a Feb. 23 reception featuring the first lady in a downtown Cincinnati hotel. Tickets are on sale starting at $250, ranging up to $10,000 for what includes a "meet and greet" and photo with her.
The visit will come as activity on the Republican side in Ohio will likely get heated ahead of the state's March 6 presidential primary. And Ohio looms as a pivotal swing state again in the November general election. Obama carried the state in 2008.
Millions turned their attention skyward to view a rare "ring of fire' eclipse.
