CINCINNATI, Ohio ((WDTN) - The parents of an Ohio teen who killed herself after being bullied have settled a federal lawsuit with the girl's school district.
Jessica Logan's parents claimed that the schools had failed to protect their daughter from sexual harassment.
She hanged herself in 2008.
2 NEWS has learned that after a judge determined there was enough evidence to go to trial, a settlement was reached.
An anti-bullying bill in Logan's name goes into effect November 4.
