MASON, Ohio (WDTN) - The Beach Waterpark needs a few good swimmers.  By that, we mean employees to work at the soon re-opened water park.

Managers say there are 500 seasonal jobs up for grabs.  A job fair will be held on Saturday, March 9 from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm at the park.  It is located at 2590 Waterpark Drive in Mason.

The part-time jobs available include supervisors, food service, bartending (must be 21 or older) life guarding, EMT rescue, park landscaping/maintenance (must be 18 or older), admissions, seasonal marketing, sales and special events, party captains, gift shop retail/merchandising and game room attendants.

Candidates should bring an ID and any copies of certifications they hold in their field of work such as first aid or rescue.

“This park is a cornerstone for the community and we can’t wait to re-open our doors to all the same things you remember and new things we’ve included”, says General Manager, Ralph Vilardo, Jr.  “There are always so many great, new people who apply with us and some familiar faces that we’ve come to count on. We always look for award-winning attitude, appearance, customer service skills and work ethic."

The grand re-opening is set for May 18, 2013.  The park will honor season passes from the 2012 season.

Visit the park's web site for more information.
