The Cincinnati casino set to open in the spring has started the final round of job recruitment in its plan to hire 1,700 workers.
Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati began the final major recruiting round Monday. Newly posted positions include more than 450 jobs in the casino's food and beverage operations. Those positions include beverage servers, bartenders, bar porters, cooks, food servers and buffet hosts.
Several jobs not yet filled remain posted on the casino's website. They include the areas of accounting, finance, marketing and culinary and guest services. Job descriptions and online applications are available on the website.
The casino is the last of four approved by Ohio voters in 2009. Casinos in Toledo, Cleveland and Columbus all opened this year.
