DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A driver rear ended a Dayton officer during a traffic stop Friday night.

Crews said the officer was on sobriety patrols and had just pulled someone over on Gettysburg near James H. Mcgee.

That's when his cruiser was hit from behind.

Officers said they suspect that driver was drunk.

The damage to both cars was minor and no one was hurt.
