ODOT talks road conditions overnight

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ohio (WDTN) - The Ohio Department of Transportation in Montgomery County tackled Friday's storm with a fleet of approximately a dozen salt and plow trucks. 

"We are concentrating on I-70, I-75 and I-675," said Phil Fisher, a manager of the department.  "We also have crews treating roads such as state route 725, 741, 48 and 49."

ODOT officials are warning drivers secondary and residential roads could potentially be more hazardous because the majority have not been treated. 

"We are doing everything we can to stay ahead of the storm," said Fisher."  "We will continue to treat the roadways as necessary.
