DAYTON, Ohio (DAYTON BUSINESS JOURNAL) - Dayton Business Journal: Kettering-based Reynolds and Reynolds Co. is looking to sell itself to private equity interested for upwards of $5 billion, according to a Monday report in Reuters.

A Reynolds and Reynolds spokesperson declined to comment, saying as a "matter of policy and practice, I don't comment on rumors in the market."
