DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - A local funeral home has been ordered to close immediately after accusations that its owners failed to file tax returns.

The State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors ordered a suspension against McLin Funeral, Incorporated.

The decision comes after state officials revoked permits for funeral director Scherrie McLin claiming her business failed to file proper documents with the Ohio Department of Taxation.
