Marshals seek sex offender

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The U-S Marshals are asking for your help to find a missing sex offender who could be in the Miami Valley.
Joseph Hall was indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury for rape of a child under the age of 13.
Authorities believe Hall went to San Antonio, Texas, but may now be back in the Dayton region.
He could have short hair or long hair with glasses.
Hall has identifiable tattoos on his left arm, a leopard with a lion, and on his right arm, two hearts with the names "Tiffany" and "Heather".
