Marshals arrest shooting suspect

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - U.S. Marshals arrested a man wanted in a shooting incident that threatened the life of a baby.

David Dewberry, 26, of Dayton, is being charged with felonious assault in the September shooting of 18-year-old Michael Johnson at the Desoto Bass housing complex.

Police said someone fired a dozen rounds at Johnson while he was out walking with his girlfriend and her baby.

Authorities said they are still looking for two other suspects in connection with the shooting incident.
